That treadmill thing

I did that thing that you do on treadmills this morning. It would seem as though I am a bit out of shape. I did the usual warm-up before and the stretching and cool-down after, but the span between those seemed a lot shorter than it used to. I was feeling pretty good right afterwards, which is good, and I'm feeling alright now, but I'm curious what the rest of the day will bring.
