Sunfire

I was on my way to the university, sitting on the Monroe overpass over I-540 waiting for the stoplight to change. There was about two car links of space between me and the car in front of me, so when I heard the honking I assumed the person behind me wanted me to pull forward. I was corrected instantly when a green Pontiac sunfire (driving on the wrong side of the road) passed the two cars behind me and whipped in front of me. Apparently that person was either in a hurry or really needs some driving lessons (they were probably Brits). So anyway, the arkansas license plate number was "386 KIW". If you know who owns that car let them know that you heard about their little fiasco.
