Street Sitting

So, Holly and I are driving back to the hotel after an evening of shopping and then some Andy's Frozen Custard and we see people everywhere. They are sitting in lawn chairs on the side of the road. They seem very happy about sitting along the road at night. The strange thing is that there is nothing to see on the road, just cars backed up as far as the eye can see. It was almost as if they were "babysitting" the street. Weird.
